Digital Fingerprints – BC Gov’t, Name Change, Privacy Act, BC Security Licence, Adoption

Fingerprints are valid for 30 days from the date taken. Commissionaires will write the pertinent information on the back of your receipt for Service Canada/Vital Stats in order to finalize your name change application. You will need to provide us with your chosen new name when you are fingerprinted. Please bring TWO pieces of government-issued ID (one must have your photograph).

Commissionaires was among the very first private agencies in Canada accredited by the RCMP to provide digital fingerprinting services for non-criminal purposes.
